StreamPG Terms of Service

StreamPG is a free game played through a Twitch extension, with a website at streampg.com, operated by Epic Services, LLC ("we"). By joining the game or logging in to the website you agree to these terms. Questions: twitchstreampg@gmail.com.

Twitch's rules come first

StreamPG runs on Twitch, so Twitch's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines apply to everything you do here, including your display name and profile picture, which the game shows on stream.

The game is free, and in-game items have no real value

StreamPG costs nothing to play and sells nothing. Characters, gold, gear, experience and everything else in the game exist only for playing it. They have no monetary value, cannot be bought or sold for money, and are not your property.

Your character

Your character is saved to your Twitch account so it follows you from stream to stream. We may change how the game works - rebalancing items, changing rules, adding or removing content - which can change your character. While the game is in development, we may also reset all characters and progress, and we will try to announce it first.

Play fair

Don't:

• use bots, scripts or automation to play;
• exploit bugs to gain an advantage, rather than reporting them;
• try to access, interfere with or overload the game's server;
• act as, or on behalf of, another player.

We may reset or remove a character, or stop someone from playing, if we believe they have broken these rules or Twitch's.

No guarantees

StreamPG is a hobby project provided "as is". We try to keep it running and your progress safe, but we can't promise it will always be available, bug-free, or that progress will never be lost. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from using it.

What the game stores about you, and how to have it deleted, is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we will update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new terms.
